To Sponsor and Place People under your network, you MUST first of all know or have it in mind that: people are not joining your company that you so preach, but "YOU" Therefore; First Impression Matters A Lot! Secondly, the Relationship between you and them must be Cordial. After that, Start By Sponsoring and Upline the first 2 persons that will form your A and B Legs. Make sure that these two (2) persons must not be so much engaged in other endeavors/services, must not be your sons or daughters, and they must not be a provision shop owner.

They has to be people of like - minded. People that think the way you think.

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCT ONE - ON - ONE PRESENTATION


THE PREPARATION:
  • Carry sample of your products (be selective), carry the products that you know you can explain each benefits very well to prospect you want to talk to.
  • Starter kit, to show the person if he/she can take a look.
  • Registration form and Order form, this is very important most especially if the prospect decide to join you.
  • Paper and pen. Always explain your business using this; paper and pen. Be in a hurry always so that you don't waist time.
TIME ALLOTMENT FOR THIS (35-45 MIN.)
Stage 1: Warm-up 3-5 min.
Stage 2: Presentation 25 min.
  • About The Company 3-5 min.
  • About The Products 5-10 min.
  • The Marketing Plan 10 min.
Stage 3: Sharing 5 min.
Stage 4: Q & A 5-10 min.
Stage 5: Closing 1 min.


STEP 1: WARM-UP

  3. How can you help?
Q: "Do you have any Direct Sales or Network Marketing experience?"

  3. Why does he/she Need a Change?

  1. Has he/she heard of this industry?
  2. What does he/she know about this industry?
STEP 2: PRESENTATION

Dos & Don'ts; THINGS YOU MUST DO AND DON'T DO!
  1. Focus ONLY on what the prospect wants, not you. Forget about self first.
  2. Paint word pictures as you present.
  3. Use words that they understand, not MLM jargons. If possible, use your language.
  4. Let the prospect dominate the conversation. Make it interactive.
  5. Keep your body language open and demonstrate if need be.
  6. It's all about the "Value" to your prospect.

  2. Fix a Next Discussion Opportunity date
  3. Your prospect buy a product
  4. Get few referrals. Ask if he or she can refer you to someone whom he/she thinks might join you in the business.
  5. Fix another presentation or make an invitation to seminar in any Branch office of BF SUMA.
  6. Agree with next contact after 6 months.
